Acceptance

Reading nectar-ai.io, browsing any page on the site, or clicking through an outbound link on the site counts as acceptance of these terms and of the privacy policy. If you are also using the Nectar AI platform at nectar.ai, that platform has its own separate terms of use which apply to your account there; those terms are between you and Nectar.ai and are not covered by this document. Age requirement

You must be 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to use this site. This site covers an adult AI companion platform and discusses adult content in editorial terms; underage visitors are not welcome and should close the tab immediately. Nature of the coverage

Everything on this site is editorial opinion and third-party research about the Nectar AI platform, its pricing, its policies and its competitors. Nothing on this site is legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, or professional guidance of any kind. Where a passage looks like a recommendation ("Ultimate on annual billing is the best value") on the main Nectar AI page, it is a reader-facing opinion supported by named sources rather than professional guidance for your specific situation.

Accuracy and updates

The site aims for factual accuracy and applies the source discipline documented on the methodology page. Every page carries a visible last-reviewed date. However, Nectar AI and its competitors change pricing, tiers, features and content policies on their own schedules, which means a claim accurate on the last-reviewed date may become out of date without the site being updated in the same window. The reader is responsible for confirming current pricing and terms directly on nectar.ai before subscribing.

Affiliate arrangements

Some outbound clicks to Nectar AI and to a subset of the alternatives (see the editorial policy for the full list) carry a partner reference. You may not republish content wholesale, run it through a "content spinner" or paraphrasing tool to produce a derivative site, train a machine-learning model on it, or use it in a way that competes commercially with this site. Requests for larger licenses go through the contact on the editor profile.

The site links to nectar.ai, Finance Magnates, PitchBook, review sites, Reddit threads and a small number of other third parties. Once you click through, the destination site is responsible for its own content, its own accuracy and its own privacy practices. This site does not endorse or warrant any content that lives on those destinations, including on nectar.ai itself. The site's own hosting position on adult depictions sits in the 18 U.S.C. § 2257 statement.

The site is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Editorial claims about Nectar AI are true to the best of the editor's knowledge on the last-reviewed date but are not guaranteed. Changes to these terms

Material changes to these terms are dated at the top and summarised for at least thirty days. Continuing to use the site after a material change constitutes acceptance of the new version. Non-material changes (link updates, wording tightening) are made silently.
